His ability to move to a location and gain that locations lore could be quite handy in a lot of decks, especially if those decks are focused on locations
Jolly Roger Hooks Ship | Location I dont think this card is going to see a lot of play in serious, serious decks (its not the most powerful location out there) but it certainly opens up the potential for pirate-themed decks to be a real thing post Into the Inklands
